Auditioning for Repertorio

Repertorio is constantly looking for professional actors fluent in the Spanish language for new productions and substitutions in existing productions.

Repertorio accepts unsolicited headshots and resumes all year round. Headshots and resumes may be sent to Repertorio’s Production Manager at casting@repertorio.org with the phrase “Headshot / Resume + Your Name” as your subject line. Actors must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States in order to work with Repertorio Español.

We will keep your headshot and resume on file and will contact you for an audition only when there are new casting needs. Make sure to send updates if there are changes in your contact information and/or resume.

In addition, we conduct open auditions as follows:

Open auditions for new productions as necessary. These are announced on playbill.com and backstage.com as well as on our website.

Annual general open auditions. Open to all professional actors interested in auditioning. This audition will take place each year sometime between June and July and will be announced on playbill.com and backstage.com as well as on our website beginning in April.

For all auditions, you will be asked to perform 2 contrasting monologues in Spanish, a contemporary piece, and a classic in verse from the Spanish Golden Age (preferred). Each piece should run no longer than 3 minutes.

Repertorio is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
